• Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
• We accept online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other approved payment gateways.

• We off er delivery across Delhi NCR and a pickup option from our kitchen.
• Delivery time slots are subject to availability and may vary based on location.
• Delays due to traffi c, weather, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the customer.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Le Gourmand Pâtisserie is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

• Custom cakes and bulk orders require a minimum lead time, which varies based on the complexity and quantity.
• Advance payment is required for custom orders, and no cancellations are allowed once the order has been placed.

• You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. A 10% cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations.
• Unfortunately, same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

• Our products are freshly made using premium ingredients, and we do not use preservatives.
• Allergens: Our products may contain dairy, nuts, gluten, and other allergens. Customers with allergies should inform us in advance.
