Order Cancellations:

• You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. A 10% cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations.
• Unfortunately, same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

Assistance:

• For any assistance or inquiries regarding cancellations, please contact us during our business hours from 11 am to 6 pm.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

• In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances, Le Gourmand Pâtisserie reserves the right to cancel and refund orders within 48 hours of the scheduled fulfilment. Should this occur, we will notify you promptly.
